FAQ

Q: Where can I find out about lost items in the amusement park?
Our Lost & Found department is located inside Guest Services next to
the Cyclone Café. You can also call Guest Services at 718-373-5862
Ext. 0 for help with locating items you lost at Luna Park.
Q: Can you explain what Luna Park "wristbands" are all about?
Unlimited ride Wristbands are the most affordable way for guests
to experience Luna Park, allowing for four hours of unlimited riding!
All of the rides are included except Extreme Thrill Rides, the Coney Island Cyclone and the B&B Carousell. Wristbands are valid weekdays and weekends before Memorial Day and after Labor Day and weekdays only between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Wristbands are not valid on Luna Park blackout dates (May 24, July 4, July 5, September 1, 2014).
Q: How much does it cost to enter Luna Park?
We are an open-gate amusement park, so there is no fee to enter.
This way those who do not wish to get on the rides can come along
at no cost to spend time with family and friends, take pictures and
enjoy the sights.
Q: How much does it cost to ride the ferris wheel in Coney Island?
The Wonder Wheel costs $7.00 to ride. The classic Coney Island attraction is not part of our amusement park, but is situated in close proximity inside Deno's Wonder Wheel Amusement Park.
Q: What 's the lowdown on Luna Cards?
Luna Cards work like a pre-paid debit card, but instead of cash, you use Luna Credits. Luna Cards can be used at rides, games and food kiosks. Luna Cards are a great deal for families and individuals who visit the amusement park frequently, providing special Bonus Credits when you put a certain amount on a card. For example, if you purchase $40 in Luna Credits, you receive 6 Bonus Credits for free. Bonus Credits are valid on rides only (not including the Coney Island Cyclone, Thunderbolt roller coaster and B&B Carousell)
Q: Why don't Wristbands or Luna Card Bonus Credits include the Coney Island Cyclone or B&B Carousell?
Wristbands and Bonus Credits are not valid for the Cyclone roller coaster or B&B Carousell because Luna Park only operates these attractions. They are owned by the City of New York.
